Atrocious is a compliment. Sorry, I gave you another chance and you did the same again. High value Item sent through you for 2 day delivery on Wednesday, arrived at DHL Aberdeen Thursday morning, sits all day “will be delivered Friday by end of day”. Friday, wait in all day, “ parcel has been handed over to third party delivery parter for delivery. Saturday phone DHL, where is my parcel “with Third party” who is third party, “don’t know, can’t find out, wait until Monday”. I now have sensitive high value electronic components being subject to who knows what kind of abuse with freezing temperatures for several days with no chance to go and pick them up. I have been through all this before, I am at a loss why my supplier uses you, or why you even exist, just another “agent” in the way at extra cost. DHL are at fault, but the buck stops at you. You are being paid for nothing and are of no help when things like this happen, which is every day reading what others have written. With respect but frustrated. TP-6461452
We had an issue with one of our shipments not being delivered by DHL, so we got in touch with Transglobal for assistance. We were helped by Nicola Gonzalez who was extremely kind and helpful and went out of her way to ensure this got resolved ASAP. The communication we received through the whole process was excellent. I have been using TGE for many years, good staff talking on the phone when necessary but more importantly the parcel is in good hands from beginning to delivery.
