The whole process was very easy, from drop off at the Gravesend depot, the tracking and the delivery, one week afterwards.

I sent a parcel to the Falkland Islands. The person I talked to was knowledgeable and was very helpful with filling in the relevant information. I sent a copy of the invoice and a parts list as requested. However that did not seem to get to DHL as after a couple of days they contacted me and asked for the invoice and parts list again. This held up the shipment for a couple of days.

Very efficient delivery

Loyal customer for many many years! Parcel was stolen whilst in possession of the company and its carriers. TG sat on claim for 6 weeks and didn’t do anything and when I followed up did not investigate but just dismissed the claim, suggesting that the level of insurance I had was insufficient to refund fully. Whilst I accept damage to a parcel or delay is an insurance issue, I feel a company has a duty to investigate potential criminal activity and not dismiss it. We provided evidence of what happened. The lack of care shown to customers is truly shocking! For clarity the shipment was not declared lost nor was the claim investigated! The response below is fudging over the real issue of the company not actually dealing with the issues raised with them.

The ease of booking a collection and our collector Stav is very friendly. Unfortunately, you have added a minimum price for free collection which means I need 7 UK orders daily to trigger free collection. This isn’t doable for a small business.

The UK delivery service appears to be ok and I have little problems. However, I am finding collection from Italy for delivery to the UK is now looking too expensive to consider which is a shame as I like the online portal.
