Package was delayed in ORD awaiting transfer to USPS for nine days. The package cleared customs and was cleared to proceed the day after arrival in ORD from the U.K. yet was still delayed for well over a week. The inquiry sent to Trans Global resulted in a cursory apology about the delay with no explanation. The sender inquired twice and was told it would transfer soon. It didn’t.

As a US-based business, I use TG Express to send parcels to and from the UK several times per year. I always get top-notch service and support from TG Express when needed and their website is intuitive enough for anyone to create an international shipment. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Beware! These people have a tendency to illegally send invoices for so called “returns” without actually processing the return and without sending the returned parcel. Make sure every invoice in questioned.

I sent a document to India on 22/01/2025 Used online service which was easy to use . Document was collected the following day and delivered today. I liked compititive cost and efficiency of the service.
