We have now been using Transglobal for a number of years without any problem. My 78 year old disabled, housebound husband has always dealt with them. Unfortunately he happened to speak to NOEL while trying to book a shipment to our daughter and our 7 year old twin granddaughters in Seattle, USA. This gentleman was abrupt and rather rude right from the beginning. He absolutely insisted that my husband provide him with US customs code on each item that we were shipping !! He then procceded to provide my husband a general equiries email and asked him to send the packing list pesumably for someone else to deal with it ! My husband then called again and ended up speaking to CHLOE. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She very patiently took down details of the packing list and figured out the code for each item in a matter of minutes. The whole transaction was completed by her in a timely, professional manner. Once again Thank you CHLOE !!

Just lied to by the courier company - not much help from transglobal express Did call transglobal express - staff said they would not do anything about it. Poor service

I worked most of Sunday to ensure a big order was ready to go out on Monday. I booked it in online well before the 11:00 am cut-off time on Monday morning, but it was not collected on Monday and will now go out a day late. I could have enjoyed a lie-in.

Online chat facility needs looking into. I could not get my issue resolved in an emergency as i kept getting disconnected from the chat facility.
My first time using transglobal express and I was extremely pleased with both the service provided and the price charged. Collection service was faultless and I received a reminder text message and phone call immediately prior to collection. Will definitely use again. Also the extra insurance was very fairly priced in comparison to competitors. I hope future deliveries will be as smooth.
Great delivery as usual from DPD. We now have a better system for exports to Europe. The extra paperwork involved since Brexit is a pain and puts off our customers. The price is therefore higher than it needs to be.. (not your fault). We should forward all extra costs to Farage and Johnson..

They lost a parcel to Canada, and after opening a case, they found it and decided to return it to me, refusing any compensation! I lost a sale and revenue. Now, almost 3 months later, a refund for the outbound postage was finally issued after an email and great communication with a helpful customer service agent so I have to amend my initial one-star rating. Holding back a star due to the not-so-good experience and the time it took to resolve this.
