I used them for business, but, they are bad. Customer service can harass you 5 times for the same issue, they call you, they email you and they don't read the answer. after that they charge you return fees or disposal fees without asking you what you want to do with the parcel. They even charged £100 for something they called an illegal product even it's perfectly legal... You pay a service then they will give the job to another company and there is no control on what is going on. suddenly the company supposed to make the delivery will stated that they got no answer on a mobile number provided, then they will invoice you for disposal or return... You are at the mercy of inefficient delivery companies and nobody is able to get the parcel delivered... but they charge you, twice... They can be good on some destinations but on exotic countries, avoid them... they are awful and ineffective...

Sent a present from the UK-Dubai - was quoted 2-6 days. Appreciate thats an "estimate" as i keep getting told but sent two weeks ago and still no package. The birthday has been missed. Don't use if you need something delivering within a reasonable timeframe.

Astro TUFF TRUK Ltd used this fabulous service to send one of our telescope trolley systems to the USA for the first time.... the process was as easy as posting a letter in my home village, and this package was 38kg!!! Cant thank TE enough for the absolutely brilliant swift service and support....I have no worries about international shipping any more. Awesome.

They messed up my shipment through DHL Express, lied, and ended up destroying a package worth 450EUR. Please please, never ever use Transglobal Express.
Service is always excellent! The team are knowledgeable, answer the phone quickly and are able to resolve queries swiftly without issue. They represent what customer service and a good business should be - something that is sadly lacking with the larger, corporate companies these days.
