Trade Depot sorted it out - thanks for your support. Bought an air purifier today and went to order an extra Hepa h13 filter. BUT they don't sell them and they're not available in New Zealand. That means the purifier is a $150 disposable that lasts for 3 months only. I told them to update the advertisement with this info but they haven't yet. What a Dirty trick. REPLY: The manual says DO NOT wash. Replace when indicator flashes. UPDATE: ALL GOOD NOW
Taken 12 days so far and still not delivered. Best you use another courier company. Or have the products in stock that you sell, or even having a note it's on backorder. Will be VERY wary in buying from here again
