Help on site was great, advice on what we were looking for, not just selling us the item we thought we wanted. Transition was excellent to payment. Free delivery a huge bonus. The emails communication was brilliant, I knew all the time what was happening. My delivery was not coming, I call the hotline, 10 minutes later got a txt , she called the driver and all sorted. truck GUYS REALLY HELPFUL.

Where do we start ordered our washing machine dryer combo . On the 15th January. Numerous phone calls often getting hung up on. No replies to emails. Told be here on 23rd or 25th No luck. Rang again item still hadn't been shipped then told it would be here Monday the 3rd February. Advised we would get an email and and a text to say it be here. Went away for the day on Thursday came home and it was sitting in the pouring rain. No message or text couldn't even take the time to put on deck out of rain . I will not ever order from them again first and last time. You're communication and service sucks. If you can't keep up with demand or do the basics don't have sales that puts pressure on your already terrible service and delivery schedule. Will be telling people to buy through anyone else but you. Tried to ring and complain but you end up on phone for ages then get hung up on.
From purchasing the product til it was delivered to my door, the communication from Trade Depot was faultless. I even got a text as they were coming down the road. An excellent experience. I will purchase more from here in the future.

I’ve been buying several things for a home renovation project, and I was never disappointed. Most of the tools are really good value for money, and the goods are no different. I’ve had to return few items because they didn't fit to what I wanted them for and the refunds were hassle free. Highly recommend them to all the DYIers.
So far not liking the service, everyone I speak to gives different answer on delivery. 1 last said last week. The another last said can't say a date then today guy 'bob' said week3nd but maybe next week. Delivery status has NOT been set. Don't lie. Just send my product I have paid for, and from reading all these comments it better not bloody come damaged!! I WILL open it in front of delivery person!!!
I ordered and paid for a Double Door Fridge Freezer, a Combo Washing Machine & Dryer noting these items were IN STOCK. I was not notified of any tracking details (BAD COMMUNICATION) so it turned up when I wasnt there...and only 2 of the 3 items ordered arrived..the Washing Machine that was part of the combo set did not arrive. I advised via email and did not hear from them the next day (BAD COMMUNICATION) so rang and was told I will have to wait for 6 weeks...the customer service guy I spoke with then sent me the email thereafter to let me know (BAD COMMUNICATION) So...they are using my money to order products, ( effectively trading insolvently) or their system is not updating with whats in stock and they are only communicating if you make it happen...they are not compensating for your inconvenience, they are not giving full refunds. I was told I could get a refund and send the Dryer back but as I had thrown away the packaging for the dryer it would not be a full refund..(Dont see this anywhere on their site...again (BAD COMMUNICATION) I went to use the dryer and its not working...it has error messages..I check the manual and the error message is not in the manual. (BAD COMMUNICATION). The manual is A5 -12 pages...so had to go back to navigate their site..to find the error message so clearly, Im not the first person to have this issue. All in all not what you expect when buying NEW Appliances....
