Disgusting all round no customer service. Happy to sell you products on line But from playing to actually getting delivered is atrocious. No updates on tracking. No response to emails. No response to answer the phone. No after care services It doesn't turn up who's cares attitude. It break's down Don't worry we will make it very difficult for you to contact us. When by fluke you manage to contact them they tell lie's to you by saying we will get that sorted out for you and nothing happens and back to frustration and still not able to contact them. There motto must be F you over every time and please feel free to purchasing with us again we're happy to take your money as you don't need it.

It was my first time at Trade Depot & the salesman’s name at the Hamilton branch, I think his name was Javi or Avi? He was wonderful!! Fast, efficient, polite & friendly. I was under the impression from others that the product I was purchasing would be the floor model & it would be previously owned & then returned. I was fine with purchasing the floor model because it was at an affordable price but Javi/Avi informed me that I was in fact purchasing a brand new model. Fantastic!! Still at the affordable price too! Because of Javi/Avi I will recommend TD to others & I’ll be a repeat customer.
