We love our new rug which we designed quickly and easily with the 'rug builder' application. We chose ginger sisal with the terracotta linen twill border and it looks really modern and hard wearing, yet cosy at the same time. Natural Rug Store was a delight to do business with - quick service, with regular updates as to the process of our delivery. Rug arrived within 10 working days and I was able to choose the day which suited me most. Great packaging as well, which kept the rug in great condition throughout transit. Thank you!

Customer service was really good, they were very friendly and efficient with my queries. Website was easy to use and colours on site reflected the rug we had made to order very well. Will be ordering another very soon. Only thing I wish I could get is a door mat to match the rug unfortunately they only do a min length of 1m which is a little on the big side for a door mat. I'm a hard to please customer but strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Very happy with our purchase of a natural coloured coir fibre rug. Delivery was exactly as stated (two weeks) with the rug being exceptionally well wrapped.
The rug looks lovely and fits perfectly. Its weighted nicely and stays flat with very little friction. A disappointment is that there is a tie of the natural fibre on the surface of the rug which I would have thought could have been avoided and placed on the underside, hence the 4 star rating as oppose to 5 stars.
Ordered our new rug just over two weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday, its beautiful, I'm so pleased. We had a natural rug from the same company about 5 years ago but two puppies later it was showing signs of wear so we have replaced it now the puppies have grown up. Such an efficient company, I was asked when we would like to take delivery of our rug and it was delivered in perfect condition. Brilliant thank you.
From start to finish was an easy purchase and would easily recommend. The web site was easy to use, the samples turned up the following day and after placing our order the rug turned up just over a week later and was just what we wanted.

very please with my new rug. Unfortunately my 3 dalmatians love it too, they have forsaken their dog beds and prefer to lie on the rug, this is sometimes difficult as it is in the dining room and a thoroughfare from kitchen to sitting room! .

I had a very good experience with this shop. I think it's very nice that they do send you a sample for free. It's very important. It helped us a lot and it came wrapped very nicely. All outstanding.
I couldn't find a natural rug in any shops, found this website when browsing and thought I would give it a go for a door may. The website was easy to use, communication good and delivery quicker than advertised. The only issue is that the rug, specifically the edging, was too thick for the door I wanted to use it on but it is fine in the kitchen.
I never would have found the rug I wanted in the shops. Having it tailor made has ensured colour and size is perfect. The service from delivery of samples to receipt of the rug has been perfect. Thankyou.
