This is my second made to measure rug and I will be ordering more, they are really good quality, exactly what I wanted and delivered within the time frame, I had an issue with a sample colour so spoke to a really nice guy who was so helpful, I’ve recommended this company to a couple of friends who are after rugs

We initially received a rug with a minor fault in the border. We asked for a replacement and the Company, and Leon in particular, did all that was possible to assist us. A replacement was immediately made available and considerable trouble taken to ensure our purchase was of the highest standard.

I was preparing to move house and wanted a kitchen runner, I had a floor tile sample so went onto NRS ,used their put your own rug design together sent for sample of colour,matched perfectly,ordered my rug,not long to wait,it was absolutely spot on ,I love it,very well made,in fact perfect.🤗
