It took me a long time to find a suitable rug for our utility room. I looked at cheaper runners and small rugs, but they were just that - cheap and poor quality. Having looked a the Natural Rug Store web site, I sent for samples which were promptly delivered and looked really good. So, I ordered the exact size required, and it arrived well before expected delivery date. The packaging was excellent and so was the service, and the rug is great! It looks and is very good quality, I am really pleased with it. In fact, if I had a spot for another one I would have no hesitation in ordering one!

Extremely good quality product which was made and received in less than 14 days, very pleased as with the run up to Christmas we were not expecting such a prompt service.
Great speedy service ( even just before Christmas) Our rug arrived as notified and really well packaged - so no chance of it being damaged in transit. The quality of the product is excellent and we're thrilled how great it looks in our home ( old cottage). Of my friends that have seen it many have asked for supplier details so they're thinking of placing orders too.

The company were incredibly helpful in chasing the delivery slot with the deliverers and both arrived on time as promised.
