A first class service. I am most impressed with the quality of the rug and the ease of ordering and speedy delivery. The original rug I ordered had a 12 week delivery time on it. However they informed me of this immediately and sent out further samples should I find this too long a wait. Most professional, many thanks.
Great service and good quality rug, only disappointment, the non slip layer I paid extra for is separate to the rug, not convienient for lifting and moving
Great service. Excellent quality. No fuss and a great website makes it easy to create just what you want. I'm not sure if they send samples but it would be a bonus. The rugs are quite expensive - but worth it - a sample would ensure you get colours/textures right.
My choice of material was delayed but I was kept up to date by the team. Arrived so well packed, nothing was going to get into this, not even me for sometime!
Ordered samples of all sorts which came very promptly. Decided on a very large sea grass rug with a double border. The website was very easy to use and gave a very good indication of what the end product would look like. I received a phone call to arrange a convenient delivery date, which was handy, as I was on holiday for Easter. Received another phone call on the day along with tracking info. Very very pleased with the rug, it's great quality and has a non slip backing. Looks beautiful and I would highly recommend the natural rug company.
Took about three weeks to make and arrive. Rug well packaged and looks great! I have two other similar rugs and that says it all. Pleased would buy another one!

The rug is very well made and not really very expensive for a made to measure item. The customer service was extremely efficient and showed a clear commitment to the customer.
I was very pleased with my rug - it was exactly as I expected and The Natural Rug Store were very helpful in sending out samples before I ordered.
Lovely rug, very well made to our exact measurements. Kept informed throughout about status of our order. Delivered when expected. The only thing was the delivery driver was a bit miserable and said he needed help carrying it onto property. Think they could have sorted a two man delivery. In the end my decorator helped him (thank god, else I don't know what would have happened) However I will be ordering another rug from them and would highly recommend this company.

Cant recommend the natural rug store enough. The service was excellent all the way through. Samples ordered online came very quickly. Email communication was great. Delivery of rug was within timeframe given. Rug arrived really well packaged and lovely quality. We are very pleased and will be ordering another soon!

I recently purchased a small rug in sisal with leather binding. The rug is gorgeous and of very good quality. The only reason I didn't rate it with five stars is because I was disappointed that there was a seam/join in the leather binding on the length. The rug is only just over a metre long and even shorter in width. so I'd have expected any joins to be only in the corners.
