The Natural Rug Store bespoke service is the biz! They were incredibly quick to send out samples of both carpet and borders - I was indecisive and ended up ordering more then once but it was no problem. Once we'd chosen our components through the easy to use website, ordering was simple. The rug was made and delivered within the two week timeframe as promised and looks really great. Would definitely use them again.

These are the best rugs i have ever bought, i have cats which love scratching them without any harm coming to them, they dont break they dont fall apart and i think fleas dont like them. there are so many coours and designs available and cost effective too.

Rug was perfect size and colour. Price was resonable . You may have to be patient waiting for it . But it is being made just for you.

I wanted a specific rug for my hallway and could not find one ready made that suited my requirements. I found the Natural Rug Store online and found their web site very easy to use. their "build your own rug" system was very good and easy to use, it also gave you the price of the rug. The site also gave a telephone contact number which gave me the opportunity to speak to one of their advisers. The rug was delivered in the time span they gave and was exactly what I wanted. Their overall service was first class, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered this rug with a mixture of trepidation and excitement. I'd struggled to find a large rug the size and colour I required and i searched for months before deciding finally to go with the natural rug store. However, any concern was completley washed away on the arrival of the rug which was well packaged and arrived in a very timely fashion. Others had commented on the smell of natural fible rugs, but although I have a very strong sense of smell, I found nothing untowards in this regards at all. The rug is fantastic. It seems very well made and the edging I chose was perfect for the colour. The bespoke size was perfect and my room now looks cosy warm and natural. I couldn't be more pleased. I also aught to say that the sample provided by the natural rug store was beautifully done and really tipped the balance in deciding to choose this company. I would definately buy from them again.

Great product, delivered as expected, correct measurements and colour. Little interaction with company, so nothing to report on service. My only comment, which would hold true for all packages is that I do wish the courier would keep updating on their eta so one doesn't have to stay on pin down waiting for deliveries.

Website was very easy to use and looks very professional. Samples were very straight forward to order, arrived quickly and were beautifully presented. Designing and ordering my bespoke rug was fun and easy to do. Delivery was scheduled in consultation with me meaning I was certain to be home when it arrived. The end result is lovely and exactly what I wanted.
