Good company, samples were ordered first which arrived very promptly, no pressure to buy a rug was applied to buy a rug. Website easy to use, rugbuilder also easy. We were able to choose a delivery day. Rug on arrival was packaged very well. So pleased with the rug, good quality and looks good in the room.

The fact that the rug is made to measure means that it looks great in the room and the quality of the finished product has been really impressive.
I love my new rug. Great quality and just what I was after. Delivery was slower than expected and I had to contact the company twice to see where my order was. I would have preferred it if they had let me know of the delay. But definitely worth the wait.
