Good product, well made. Looks lovely in the living area. Only grumble is with delivery - these days we can expect to be given a smaller window than "all day" and/or a message saying when the delivery will happen.

I ordered two small samples which came within days and then ordered a large rug. It came very carefully packaged and was perfect. Absolutely as I ordered, beautifully made and within the time quoted. I could not be more satisfied and would use the Natural Rug Store again without hesitation.
Very pleased with the mat. Delivered on time and as requested. Email received asking me to arrange delivery but when I called they told me that my order wasn't ready and the email had been sent in error. About an hour later, I was told the mat was indeed ready and would despatched straightaway.

This is my 4th rug and as usual was just as I ordered it. The ordering is simple and samples arrive swiftly. I used the rug builder so got exactly what I wanted as there is so much choice. I like the fact that delivery is arranged by telephone so you can chose the day it arrives. Would recommend to anyone 👍👍
