The whole process form choosing a bespoke rug, ordering, being phoned for suitable delivery dates and to delivery itself was very professional and hassle free. Would recommend. Well made, well packaged. Did chase up delivery as hadn't heard anything - was then delivered within expected period but only 4 stars as not sure this would have been the case had I not phoned to check. I would use again.
The rug I ordered from the Natural Rug Store is very beautiful and looks fantastic in my room. I had to order a lot of samples before I got the right combination of Inner and border but these were sent promptly and without charge. The rug is of excellent quality and beautifully made. The service & delivery were also excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them.

An easy process to build and order your rug. The only comment i would make is with regard to the delivery. The item can be tracked but they give a time between 8am and 6pm with no specific time slot which would be useful. Otherwise no problems at all and have recommend this company already.

Had a few problems getting my Rug due to material being out of stock and I was not informed. However I did get the rug and it was just what we wanted. Natural Rugstore did offer a goodwill payment for the inconvenience which I accepted. Would buy from them again and recommend their Rugs.
