Excellent quality product. We availed of the samples beforehand which made chosing our jute rug and trim easier.
We searched on-line because we had seen a seagrass rug we liked, and found this site. Their web site is very well produced, and gives good details.It goes onto recommend that you telephone them for more information. I arranged to have a 'pattern' book sent to me, which was excellent. Another phone call and the order was taken for 2 rugs, costing over £540. It took 2 more phone calls to arrange the delivery date, and another to give details of when these 2 rugs would be delivered. It did seem a bit odd to me that each call I was put on hold for at least 2 minutes whilst 'I check our warehouse' or 'I check our manufacturing department'. It was not till the last call to them that I realised that the number called is an 0845 premium rate number. I asked the the chap I was talking to after waiting for him, if this is a premium rate number. He laughed and said 'yes it is hahaha'. After spending over £500 with them, I did not expect to be treated like this. .
Looks great and not a bad price. Would have preferred to find out about the care kit at the time of placing the order as opposed to receiving information upon delivery. Also took a little longer than the expectation created for delivery.

Good quality. Wears very well. First one we bought looks as good as new after five years. Just bought our fourth rug. No need to say any more. Would recommend stain protection treatment. Dog and grandchild proof.
one word! ...WOW! was in 2 minds about getting the rug due to the cost, over the years had rubs that i've had to adjust... slip... don't fit.... totally blown away, more so the people that see it, they see the quality of the Rug Thanks Rug Store :)
Excellent product, good quality
Ordereed a made to measure mat unfortunately it was not edged squarely ( bit disappointed) but the returns policy and collection have so far been good. Just waiting for the replacement to arrive.
Very clear web site enabling you to define exactly the dimensions you want and immediately see the price. Good range of colours and options. Fast turnaround and excellent quality of finished product. Would definitely use them again.

Rug is fine but the edging arrived stained, dirty and worn. It is made to measure so the material used to edge it must have been worn and dirty to start with. Difficult to clean so less than ideal

Dissappointed with Rug - This is the third time I have used the company for a runner in my kitchen/entrance porch and previously they have lasted around four years before I needed to replace. This rug has been down one week and is already looking grubby even though I paid the extra for stain protection and in fact when I unwrapped it there were slight marks on the outer edge of the border. Customer Services were awful when I emailed to express my concerns and question whether in fact the stain guard had been applied. They kept responding saying the stain guard is applied to the "rug weave", I replied three times asking them to clarify what they meant exactly by the "rug weave" how difficult can it be to clarify ?! I wanted to know if they were referring to the centre coir/jute or the coloured outside border, it turns out that they only apply it to the centre and not the outside edge which in my opinion is the area that gets a lot of traffic and the initial footsteps Overall very dissapointed and wont be using them in the future there are a lot of companies out there now offering similar products, I went back to The Natural Rug Store as I felt that in the past their product was good quality but unfortunately this no longer seems to be the case
