Very poor level of service - the delivery took far longer than originally stated, I wasn't updated on progress of delivery date, I had to call several times to find out where my rug was and the staff who dealt with my enquiry each time were bordering rude, flippant and didnt ring back when they said - wouldn't use this company again

I required a rug for a doorway that is not standard size so I submitted an order to the Natural Rug Store for a bespoke item. The rug arrived early and was well packaged. It fits perfectly, is hard wearing and I absolutely love it. I am happy to recommend this company. They are reliable, prompt and create a quality product to your specifications.
