I would highly recommend this company ! Their website is excellent, and from the moment I placed my order , their customer service was second to none ! I was contacted twice to double check my order before it was made , & delivery was a week after. My rug is gorgeous and I'm delighted with it & the service I've received.

I ordered a rug on the 1st of December 2018. On the delivery rules it said that they deliver normally within 10 to 14 days and on 21 days in really busy periods. Today is the 29th December and I have been told that the rug will be arriving in January... Watch out as The Natural Rug Stores does not fulfil their pledges. Let’s hope the rug is ok...if and when it arrives... Update: rug arrived late as stated above. Having said that, the rug looks and feels great!
Gorgeous product we are so happy with our rug. Made really well and on delivery wrapped really well for protection. We had a few queries with the rug and always had a fast and helpful response. Think we will be ordering again !
