We were not happy with Milo’s groom. When he was dropped off there was a dog barking aggressively in the back. When we fetched him we were told he had become aggressive when they were cutting his nails. Which is really unlike him as he is such a loving friendly do. He was really upset, he seemed to be in pain. The actual groom was dreadful, uneven, like it had been hacked at.

It was Gordon (13wks) first puppy groom! The ladies were so nice and put me at ease. They loved him which is so great! You can tell that they really care which is such a great thing to have! I’ll be back absolutely

I took my lovely little cockapoo to the Bexhill-On-Sea groom room. Absolutely disgusted with them. Our dog came back wet. We paid for the full groom. That's nothing compared to what happened He came back and within a few hours he seemed uncomfortable. So we looked at him and his private parts were red raw. So we took him to our vets and they were shocked at how unprofessional they are. They actually razored his hair which you are not supposed to do. We called customer services about this. We had the backing of our vets. They just got back to us and said they aren't doing anything about it. Absolutely disgusting PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Our dog is an Irish Doodle and is fairly large. He doesn't cast his coat so he needs groomed 4 times a year. We have always used The Groom Room apart from one occasion we used another groomer because we hadn't booked in advance and so couldn't get into the Groom Room. We'll it was a big mistake. The other groomer was a disaster. So we immediately booked Leo back in with The Groom Room and everything has been perfect ever since.

I booked my Labradoodle in for a cut for the first time at the groom room he came back looking lovely and happy we let him have a sunshine treatment which he loved his facial the lady who cut him cut and did what I asked so booked him in again for his next cut

Freddie was treated well as always by the attentive and friendly staff at the High Wycombe branch.

Excellent, we regularly take our very hyperactive young Yorkshire terrier and she always looks beautiful afterwards. Staff are lovely and really care for animals

We have two dogs (Coco and Rolo) but scheduled for separate appointments- our choice. Coco was booked in for an appointment last week at 1600. My wife went to drop Coco off at 1600 for that appointment to be told she'd have to wait until 1630 because the groomer scheduled is on break. My wife explained we have our autistic daughter in the car distressed and she can't wait 30 minutes. She was told "I can't do anything" with attitude by the groomer. Said if she can't stay she wouldn't get her deposit back. She tried to escalate to a manager but was unable to wait 15 minutes to discuss with them as our daughter was getting further distressed. Since, she had been contacted on the phone to have Rolo's appointments cancelled and had "until the end of the day" to get the deposit back. My wife works in the operating theatres at Princess Royal Hospital and is on a 24 hour on-call shift. The attitude and costumer service is absolutely disgusting. No apology. Unable to keep to scheduled appointment times and shown absolutely zero empathy or respect when the customer has a distressed disabled child in the car.

First groom for my puppy. When I arrived to pick her up she was being fussed over and looked very happy. Glad she can see now too :)

Highly recommend The Groom Room in Warrington. My dog Max has been going over a year now and he used to be aggressive when someone tried to groom him, so much so other groomers have refused to work with him. Tried the Groom room and they managed to give him a full groom and was willing to continue to work with him. He goes regularly now and is such a good boy, he trusts them and gets so excited when we go. They make a fuss of him and his tail doesn’t stop waggling. He has gone from being aggressive and not trusting any groomers to a good boy, he still needs 2 groomers but the last visit he trusted them to cut his face which they haven’t been able to do before. Their patience and love for dogs is amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

You cancelled it,not good after being good costmer for 12 years,I wasn't offered another a appointment either not pleased at all

It was my dogs first time ever being groomed and he’s nearly 8 (he’s a staffy cross so I usually just wash him at home) so I was worried he would hate every minute of it, however the staff listened to everything I said and assured me they would be able to get him groomed and when he was done they told me even though he hated the dryer he did really well with everything else, 100% will be using them again.

Friendly atmosphere, always helpful encourages me to recommend you to friends and relatives. The groomers always make an excellent job on my dogs coat.

Having had my original appointment cancelled by the groom room through lack of staff, i rebooked for a month later as this was the earliest they could give me. My sons took my very hairy dog in for her appointment only to be told they couldn’t do it through lack of staff! This is pretty diabolical but wouldn’t have been quite so bad if they had called/emailed or messaged to let me know! But nothing! Extremely disappointing. I will certainly not be recommending the groom room!
