Absolutely terrible experience, I strongly advise you do not use this company!!! The customer I was working for bought a complete roof for about £700.00 in October. No delivery date was given,they just turned up!! Then came to fit the roof and they had sent the wrong parts!! Contacted them and told them of problem,never heard anything back for 3weeks. Rang them again and they said would send correct parts. No one contacted us with delivery date,so they turned up but no one able to take delivery so they took the parts back with them!! This matter has still not been resolved,and we haven't had an email or phone call from them since the 8th of December!!! The customer service is an absolute disgrace!!! Never again

Really good ‘ready made’ service, better quality than other services we have used. This company’s ‘ready made’ secondary glazing has really nice corner pieces, other companies don’t! When ordering be sure to let them know the colour (white/brown) you want, I could not find a colour tick box when ordering.
