The equipment is good and as described. The delivery company kept delaying the delivery and it was late. I phoned the shop a couple of times asking various questions and they were helpful.

Website was easy to use and staff very helpful, but the item showed as in stock when it was not and I paid extra for shipping, but lost that time due to it not being in. We are talking a few days but I wouldn’t have paid extra for shipping if I knew.
Good service all round. Item arrived in good condition however not yet opened. When I made an enquiry it was promptly responded to. I would purchase from your company in the future. I cannot yet comment on the item as it is a Christmas gift that is why only gave a 4.

Ordered and paid for shipping that stated 2-3 working days. 2 weeks later after chasing them up twice, I finally received my order in what was basically a black bin bag. No protective packaging all all, not even put in a box! Both items had just been sellotaped together meaning when I tried to take them apart one of the items outer packaging completely ripped open. This order was meant to be a gift for my boyfriends birthday, looks like I just picked up used for the carboot the state they arrived in. Order was not cheap, not happy at all.
Excellent service by yourselves. Slight issue the item wasn’t wrapped properly to prevent any damage. Slight scuffs on the edges and corners due to this.
