Had ordered what I thought was an in stock crossfader, communication from the DJ shop was quick and helpful giving option to cancel order or wait. Terrible customer service. Haggle with everything and argue even when things need returning. They are not worth dealing with as argumentative and make it so hard and difficult to return anything it’s an awful experience. Would never use and if you need anything just use Amazon or eBay as at least returns are covered. I have never had so much hassle returning anything - bearing in mind I contacted them the same day I got it. I feel as a woman they assumed I know nothing about music or equipment even though I’ve been doing this for years.
