Purchased something as a Christmas present. I didn’t have a clue what I was talking about so when I rang up for information to help with ordering, the guy on the phone was so helpful in ensuring I ordered the correct things. Even if it was a stupid question, he didn’t make me feel like I was asking a stupid question. Also once ordered I emailed to check delivery status and was emailed back promptly with an update and items delivered the very next day. Would definitely order again from here.

I ordered the Numark Mixstream Pro Plus decks on backorder but wanted to cancel to get different ones in the new year. Despite the cancellation being sent to the accounts department the decks still managed to get delivered instead of being cancelled. However, I'm blown away by the quality and features of the deck that I did receive. The product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Tracking by DPD was provided as well. These are the best decks I've had with great sound quality and many features. I'm sure I would much rather have these than the other ones so I count myself lucky this time! I would happily shop with The DJ Shop again.

Great communication from the store when there was an item out of stock and the issue was quickly resolved. Staff had great knowledge of products and were always at the end of a phone or email to help. Camt fault these guys. I have since placed another order as I was that happy.
Placed my order for a Yamaha HS8S quite late on Wednesday evening and desperately needed it for a gig I was travelling to Friday morning, Selected next day delivery hoping it would arrive on time before I left on my 3 hour drive, I called them on the Thursday morning and was assured it will be with me and by 09:30 Friday morning it was in my hands. What a great weekend it turned out to be - The HS8S is one filthy bit of kit and far exceeded my expectations! Definitely recommend the product but also recommend purchasing from “The Dj Shop” Great service and friendly staff - will not disappoint you.
