First Class service all round, best price on web and although I expected them in 5 to 6 days they arrived in 2. I was kept in contact through the whole process and will certainly be buying from them again. The Pioneer speakers in white look amazing, sound amazing and have the added benefit of bluetooth. They weren't able to deliver a Pioneer FLX10 for 3 months although they said the expected delivery is a month later. After 3 months, I got it delivered from WESTENDDJ after the day of my order. Here is the timeline: June 25th - ordered FLX10. it was stated that the estimated stock arrival is July 29th July 29th - still no stock. --- Continuous email exchanges. In every email they say Pioneer will send a stock by the end of the month. --- September 29th - asked them to cancel my order. there was no update in My Orders page. I had to chase them for when I will get my refund etc. --- Refreshing WESTENDDJ break: September 5th - ordered a FLX10 from WESTENDDJ. September 6th - FLX10 arrived from WESTENDDJ in 1 day. smooth. --- October 7th - had to chase them to know if the order was cancelled or not since there was no updates in my account on the website. they said 14 working days from the day of cancellation (October 2nd) October 19th (14 working days later) - asked again about the refund. they said they will process it on October 20th (15th working day). October 20th - no refund. October 23rd - refund was transferred to my account. This is clearly an indication that they weren't able to manage stocks, or prioritising other people's orders when I was waiting for my back order that should be delivered in 1 month for 3 months.
The leads made a big difference to the sound output
I think this is a excellent package, exactly what anyone would need to start out. The guys from the store called me when I ordered this kit as the amps had just sold out so I was offered an even better amp as a replacement with no extra charge. Excellent service and communication , Called me just after I put my order in online to let me know my purchase would be a 2 day delivery and not a 1 day as requested due to delivery company classing Aberdeenshire as the Highlands of Scotland …. Which actually isn’t the case ( that’s another topic anyway 🙈) but the call was really appreciated . Product was well packed which made a massive difference as it arrived in the middle of Storm Babet 👌
