Recently ordered a Pioneer XDJ-RX3 from TheDJShop. Item was on back order and expected around 2 weeks after my purchase date. I was kept up to date by staff and my order was shipped out to me the same day it arrived in store and was in my hands 2 days later (Shipped on a weekend) Cannot fault the team at TheDJShop at all and will be back for future purchases.
it took 3 months for our order to arrive. I mad numerous phone calls to chase and i was always told..."let me speak to my manager and I will call you back". Multiple times we never had the call back. Very Disappointed

The things I ordered were not in stock, but the staff kept me informed, if you live off grid then posting is an issue, but despite the obstacles I am very happy with the service, the goods and the staff contact, I say go get your stuff, also I used clear pay which made paying in chunks easy, thanks

Had an issue with the finance application not fully processing but gave them a call and they sorted it straight away. The controller was meant to be back order but they had one and sent it out at the next opportunity, so i got it the day after the next. Great service and i will be back for an all in one controller.
