I just had the pleasure of speaking with Callum, who was more than helpful. I initially only called to make a payment and thanks to his thoughtful nature, upon asking how I was; he was genuinely very sorry to learn of my circumstances and went above and beyond to ensure that I had enough money to live off, after making this months payment. He congratulated me on never missing a payment and told me I was “smashing it!” Which was very encouraging to hear.
