I spoke with Lyndsey today, she was fantastic at helping me understand my arrears and where i got confused, she help me sort out my payment arrangment and was able to help keep me out of arrears, feel a lot better now and can see a light at the end of tunnel with my IVA as I only have a few payments left to becoming debt free
