Brian dealt in an outstanding manner with my todays' issue. As everyone knowsIs stressfull enough when you wake up to see a msg that your payment was declined 😬 However, Brian re-assured me with his professional approach, spot on. The friendly voice and the guidance in easy steps to follow, just calm me down after the first mins of our conversation 😊 In less than 5 mins, all my details were updated and the payment done. Ohh 1 more, Brian answered the call immediatelly, I wasn't waiting in a que, listening some music or annoying recorded msg "your call is important to us, please wait until an agent is available to take your call" Which would have build up my stress/anxiety levels For a change, Creditfix is a rare company that looks like prioritise "no stress" for both employees & customers. I rang up to sort something out, Rebecca was on the other end of the phone, very helpful, made sure everything was ok and that I wasn’t in any difficulties paying etc, easy to talk to n sorted the problem straight away, couldn’t ask for more.!

Some of the advisors are brilliant - but some don’t read the file notes before emailing or calling you. I feel like I have to explain myself over and over again. I have been dealing with a really helpful, empathetic advisor but then sadly I was passed to a different department and the communication has been really upsetting.
