Creitfix started off amazing, they couldn't help enough, answered the phone quickly, would assist with any concern I had, and then I signed the contract and it went downhill. It was set up as a joint IVA and a few months later I had split from the individual and tried to spilt/cancel my side of the IVA and initially was told it wasnt possible. More debt from the other individual was added and even though I had confirmed I was the only one paying it didnt matter. When I found out I could cancel my side, it was over a year later, they hadnt contacted me at all throughtout apart from to ask for copies of my bank statements. Going forward I would have my phone calls cut off when they wanted to 'transfer' me to another department, I would only get reponses to my emails if i messaged everyday, sometimes twice a day, kept giving excuses as to why they couldn't yet cancel my side for months, to find out that they were trying to get hold of the other party involved and admitted they hadnt had contact from him from the start. 6 months later it was confirmed that it was cancelled and another 3 months to get the final closure agreement, which had all the wrong information on. Again I emailed them multiple times to them 'correct' it wrong every time, to the point I have copied the agreement and highlighted each mistake with the correct information To top it all off I found out while trying to get this sorted at the end, that one of the debts hadnt been added in at all even though i had signed the contract with that one added, which has caused a year of missed payments and they wont accept any responsibility or help fix their error my credit score has been massively effected, and it has been a nightmare to get back on my feet, and im still feeling the effects of their fault.
