Tina alone made this experience which was very daunting and worrying so simple, nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. If I had any questions she was on the phone explaining it and helping. Never at any point did Tina make me feel uncomfortable or that I’m a bad person, guided me in the right direction with compassion.the world needs more kind and understanding people like Tina.Great service

FINAL EDIT: After contact with a member of the team, they clarified the extensive delay. It turns out for the last seven months they've been chasing one of my creditors. They had to give them enough time to respond before issuing the debt as closed, and providing my certificate. I've officially completed my iva. They were great until a few years ago. Now its no response unless pushed and even then its a non-response. In short, I've been chasing them for a month about how much of my windfall I can keep in order to go ahead with applying for a mortgage, that I'm now being chased by my landlord about. The only response I have received was a non-response at 5am, to which I immediately replied due to the fact I was awake at that time. I asked clearly what information I needed for I could go ahead with my application and still I haven't received anything. It took 3 weeks to receive a non-response. I've had previous issues with them hounding me for my annual review - despite the fact I had already sent the information. I have even sent chaser emails and requests for confirmation and had nothing, except them threatening to fail my IVA. I will be submitting a formal complaint and, if nothing is heard from this, will be referring to the ombudsmen as not only is this affecting me financially, and mentally but also my landlord Edit 2025 - It took 4 phone calls on top of multiple emails for them to confirm the gift I received could be kept. Now I've been chasing the completion of closure of my account since August 2024, its now March 2025. I've been told its gone to the Closures team since August and so far no real update. I struggle to believe it takes 7 months to close an account, after having worked in Law myself. If you're understaffed, tell people. Explain the issue instead of giving the same updates taxi firms give when their cars are "just around the corner" despite still not turning up for another 45 minutes. The latest update of this as of 18/03/2025 is "We are currently liaising with the Finance department to adjust the administration fees so that we can make a final payment to your creditors. The turnaround time for this process is usually up in the coming weeks." Despite the update as of January 22, 2025 reading: "With regards to your final report, this is being dealt with the team and it is going the final dividend payment to the creditors." If this is going to take two years to file paperwork, then its certainly not a few weeks. I've been chasing since September 2024. They really need referring to the ombudsmen Note: other companies quote 3 months. 3 months, not 2 years. I've been waiting 7 months. Over double the amount of time it takes to file your iva for closure under any other company I could find on google Its worth noting that this company has a TON of negative reviews, they're just unfortunately tied to a company with an identical name but aren't this one. So bare that in mind before choosing Credixfix

Carefull with this guys... if you miss a payment they will threaten you everyday, if you do overtime because you need the money expect next year your contributions go up a lot even if you don't do over time anymore. After 6 years with this guys with pressures and being threaten every time I needed a month of payment (even though it's insured they keep harassing you 2/3 times a day) I finish pay last year and they never got back to me (been 8 months) I still have a bad credit report on my bank I can't get rid off (saying bankruptcy even what i sign was an IVA) payed almost 13k to them and not all debts were payed (i payed after by myself) keep away from them!!
