Called about my account being in arrears service was very helpful explained everything I need to do to get my account back on track also explained to call up to make my payment to avoid being double charged for that month payment as the app won’t of registered it. Very informative and helpful

Do be honest I think this company cares more about the creditors than u I'm self self employed its been a night mare I've just had my review it got passed and now the want evidence of tax which they have never asked before oh did I mention being on hold for a least half an hour every time u phone them and the web site never works

I have just spoken a lovely lady called Heather and she was amazing and very helpful. I would definitely recommend if you need help to go with them. I couldn't fault them in any way.

Stephen was so lovely to talk to and helped with my problem i had at the time, he was so polite and helpful and i couldnt of asked for a nicer person to have helped me with the issue thank you so much!

I have been in a IVA for nearly 5 years now, unfortunately due to extreme spinal cord damage I've not been able to work for a long time. Creditfix have been a great help over the years. It's not something I am proud of, and it's been a big learning curve about finances and managing credit. Thankfully I have about 7 months left of my IVA. If you are struggling like I was and need some advice. Consider an IVA but do make sure you are aware it's a long process. But credit fix have been great during this time and very helpful.

I have made a few calls over the years to creditfix, always amazing customer service but this morning the call with Brian was just outstanding, quick, efficient and polite the whole call, if only they was more Brian's answering the phone 🙂

I spoke with Gary Mowat about my account, we have been struggling financially and where looking to get some help with my payment.
