Placed order for furniture and after a month was told it couldn’t be fulfilled. Requested a refund and still waiting, it is now over 3 months since I placed the order, 2 since I requested a refund and I am still chasing and being told to be patient. Absolutely no customer concern, refund processes completely flawed not to mention the fact that they couldn’t even fulfil the original order. UPDATE - now refunded only after this review and hassling every day. It is not true that a refund had been issued (as per the reply I can see). You only get a refund by hassling for literally months and writing negative reviews. Company massively dishonest and badly run
I thought the price was quite good as the end was on sale plus there was an extra code to use too. I received it within about 2 weeks. My husband built it in no time and it looks good with a nice sturdy feel to it.so I’m happy with the purchase
This company is a scam and have stolen £1548 from me. I order furniture and never received it just kept getting empty promises that its been delayed for a further 6weeks after months went by I decided enuf is enuf and asked for a refund which was months ago and I just keep getting told a load of rubbish and how my refund has been lost i am now seeking legal advice

This was a last minute buy as a gift for my grandsons birthday.he is so happy with this as a present as it was a bit unusual and also it’s quite big too! The product is high quality and the service received was top drawer , thanks and would recommend buying from you in the future
I have a 4 poster bed which looks fab. It’s well built and super sturdy. The railings on the posts are strong enough for some curtains and my 6year old daughter appears very happy with it. The one point I would make to anyone considering the 4 poster is that the posts go all the way up from the top and bottom sections of the bed so you can’t use as a single bed without the tall 4 posts.
Good item and prompt delivery
One of the boxes when they arrived was terribly battered. I was concerned about the condition so my wife and I made a note when asked to sign for it upon the taking delivery. Luckily the parts inside were sufficiently well packed that there was no damage or even any signs of marking so I was happy to build it as was. Apart from this poor first impression everything else was fine I built the bed easily and it’s solid, well built and we’re happy with it.
Took me ages to build so I’d give 4 stars. The end product though is really excellent. Looks as good in real life as it does in the pictures . I’d add that I think the headboards are much bigger than I had expected so was a bit surprised about that. It is well made though you can tell the quality is good from the outset. Even the packages are good each piece weighed quite a bit which I thought was a good sign it’s made from decent material.
It looks beautiful and is practical too. Greta purchase and the delivery guy was helpful getting everything into the bedroom on the 3rd floor!
We ordered the Holly bed for our little girl. Pleased with purchased everything was in order upon arrival and build was straight forward with clear instructions. Quality is good and worthy of the price paid. Would buy again
5 stars for the bed, it’s very good with lots of features and easy to assemble. Clever design with lots of storage space.
I love this bed ❤️ I’ve never seen a child’s bed like it before. The frame is chunky and feels so solid. The head comes already build and in one single piece. It all fits together so simply. The drawers are more time consuming as these are flat pack. But the finished article is AMAZING! So pleased with it. Particularly the headboard cupboard which my daughter loves and keeps all precious toys in for safe keeping. It’s gorgeous 🥰🥰
I ordered the Holly bed, trundle and wardrobe in May 2022. The longest lead time was 8-10 weeks so I was prepared for a wait. However after 10 weeks we still had no furniture and when I contacted them I was told there were delays. Eventually in September the bed and trundle were delivered. However the wardrobe was still delayed - apparently stuck at port. The “stuck at port” story was used for weeks on end. Eventually in December we were told that it had left port and we would hear from the “delivery company” - one man and his van. However this never happened and I asked again when we would see the wardrobe - I was then told there was an 8 week delay; as though they’d forgotten they’d told me it was stuck at port and released and on its way….. In January I asked for a refund and was told it would take 10-15 working days. It’s April 7th and I still have no wardrobe and no refund. This company is very badly run. If you want to buy make sure it’s in stock and you do it on a credit card. I have NEVER experienced such a terrible customer experience. Reading the bad reviews is a very familiar theme. BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased our daughters first proper bed from here. We wanted something a little different which had some extra storage as the room is extremely small so I was a bit concern as the space was tight and I was reliant on the dimension being correct on the website. Fortunately they were right on so the bed fits perfectly to the exact cm. My partner likes the style and the price was within our budget range. Delivery fine and the bed itself feels pretty robust so generally I’m quite satisfied with the purchase and would return.
Nice bed which we bought on sale. Delivery happening with a couple of weeks and was organised over the phone with little issue. Also had a call from the driver when he was on his way. Easy to build it and quality is decent chunky parts all which give it a quality feel. My daughter however just loves the bed and it was a pleasure to see her little face when she first saw it. Great buy.
