I ordered samples from the internet and they came very swiftly. We then called to order the sofa and were assured it would be in time for Xmas. We were updated throughout the process and our beautiful sofa was delivered even quicker than we had hoped for. Great professional service. Would thoroughly recommend.

We ordered a Chesterfield two seater sofa together with a single chair. We found the people at The Chesterfield Company were helpful and professional. Delivery was much sooner than expected and we are very pleased with the quality and style of the products. Only issue for us was that we were not advised of the delivery date, which was inconvenient on the day of delivery. However, better to get faster shipment than slower - especially as delivery was to our address in Ireland.

Received my 2 armchairs and 2 seater settee in soft leather. I chose New England for the colour which compliments the rest of the decor in my lounge. It was so nice to choose exactly the right fabric and style rather than settle for shop bought that everyone has! Mine is unique and I feel quite special. The men that delivered the suite were so professional, polite and very careful. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Oh and I didn't spend anymore than you would expect for hand made to my specifications.

Sofa's are pricy but when you receive them you realise why. The quality is superb and with an array of colour and styling options you can really personalise it. Get swatches before choosing the leather as you can't appreciate the shades from the website photos. The only negative I would point out is the delivery. You expect to wait for the product to be made but when delivery is available you don't get enough notice. The time and date available is very specific and if you can't be at home you have to wait another week for a slot to be availble! Quite frustrating! All in all a fab pair of sofas that we love!!

I have recently taken delivery of this new sofa from the Chesterfield company and I am very pleased with it apart from the cushions lifting off when arising from the sofa, perhaps a stronger cushion retainer would be better. Also the delivery time was a bit protracted.

We were delighted with the service we have had during the visit to the showroom. The young lady was wonderful in that she was knowledgeable about all of the sofas and the leather. The Chesterfield sofas are great value anyway, but we were really pleased to be able to get the one we had our eye on in the stock clearance last month. It looks great in our living room, it's big enough to lie completely flat on and the leather is lovely and soft. Delivery took a couple of weeks.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Chesterfields company. The sofa is wonderful and was delivered ahead of schedule.

I purchased 2 Henley sofas from the Chesterfield company in premium aniline leather and I am thrilled with them, they are gorgeous .The quality is superb and I thought reasonably priced too . I am now going to buy a stool to match. Perfect !

Our new sofa is better than I'd hoped for! Beautifully made, solid construction and the size fits like a glove! If highly recommend chesterfield sofas to anyone. We purchased ours on a recommendation and couldn't believe how good value it was. I ordered leather swatches and chose the perfect finish and colour leather to suit our existing pieces. It matches really well and was exactly what I'd expected, no variation! I'd like to get a foots stool to match now and possibly a tub chair too!

We bought a Monks 3-seater sofa in antique red which was reduced as ex-showroom stock. We were slightly apprehensive about buying it online but it turned out just as described so we're very happy with it. Despite being in stock, there was a mix up and it took a bit longer than expected to deliver it, but otherwise service was fine.

You call to place an order or asked a question, no one is ever available to take your call and have no direct email address, you get told an email will be set to them and they will call you back, the call never comes and you have to chasing them again and again. The young girl in the Showroom on the Saturday I visited was extremely helpful !!! but could not make a decision, I needed to call the showroom in the week ???? Not sure why a business would open on one of the busiest trading days and not have staff that could close a sale. Delivery was asked on the phone to be a Friday the week after I paid the final balance, I was told this will be requested but not always possible, when the delivery company called to arrange a date I was to the Wednesday, On Wednesday I took the day off work and at 15.30 called the delivery company to find out they were delivering on Friday, NOT GOOD ……. I and a friend spent over £3500 and we were not even offered 1 free delivery discount, I do have another friend that likes the product but is put off by the feedback I’ve given her.

If you were my friend I would not be talking to you again. I ordered the sofa and paid in full - despite being told you only take 50% I asked for swatches of the same leather (2 colours) Two arrived totally different finish to the leather. I rang and told you what colour. Six weeks later I chased to see when it would be ready. You said I had not confirmed the colour. I told you to cancel. You refunded the money. Then told me it was ready. I could not check my Credit Card to see if it was refunded. You then took the money again. You said it would be delivered in the morning. It arrived at 4.50pm. I paid for the return of my old sofa but the guys on the van said they were not informed!!!!!
