Moss was not what I would consider cushion moss. It was a mix of many species. Online listing said 5 square feet. What was delivered was more 3 or 4 square feet. The moss was in various sizes, most unusable in size.
Sometimes I recieve plants that live sometimes not. Reasonable prices, decent ship time and packaging.
Everything was good, except I did not get one of my orders. I asked for Bluebells and got Jasmine root. I was disappointed. Sandra Mayo

It took almost a month to get my lilies and when they arrived they were in terrible condition. I don’t think they will make it.
The plants arrived in beautiful condition...the hard part is me finding the time to get them in the ground! Great service, quick delivery and healthy plants—a wonderful experience all around!
Bulbs showed up with mold on them.
Tennessee Nursery has a great selection and I was able to find a product that seems to be somewhat hard to find. I needed a carpet moss that could take fairly intense sun, so I went with their lawn moss. The trick seems to be finding it in large pieces and not just little starts. I received 10 sq ft of moss with simple instructions for installation. I just laid it out, so not sure how it will take. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that there is no phone number ( I had a question) and it took several days to get an email response.

Plants were dead by the time we received them. Probably due to sitting in delivery vehicles during 90 degree weather.
Participated in the BoGo sale. Website would not allow me to purchase 2 of each item without getting charged for each item. Proceeded with just one of each item in the cart. After finalized sale I realized that I was only getting every other item free, not two of each item as I originally had tried to do. I emailed to try to cancel or correct the order. No response. I emailed again. Response said my request was probably too late but they would check and get back with me. Never heard from again. Emailed again. No response. Tried fb messenger to get a response. No response but did find phone number. Called. Pressed numbers for existing orders. No answer. Receive email later that my order was not corrected and was shipped but I could call and they would correct the issue. I call again. This time I pressed number sequence to go to sales. Of course they answered this time since it was for a sale. Explained everything and was told that bogo was tricky and they didn’t know how they worked and sometimes the computer wouldn’t tabulate it right and management was gone for the day but they would call me back friday. They did not call back. I called again the following Monday. Was told that they found my notes and the person I previously spoke with would call me later the same day to fix the issue. Received the follow up call only to be told that the problem would not be corrected and what I got was what I got and was again told that they didn’t understand how the bogo worked but management would not honor me getting two of everything I ordered.
Love getting my Tennessee Nursery deliveries! The plants always seem like they were wrapped with care and are in great condition. Best deals around and a great variety of plants to choose from. The hardest part is picking what to order.
My first order was delayed probably due to harvest timing I presume but both orders were sent the same day and arrived together. All of the plasma were healthy on arrival and the geraniums were still moist. I hope they will germinate and add to my garden
The water lilies and supplies arrived quicker than expected. All items were in great shape. The lilies have been planted and are doing very well. Overall an excellent experience.
