I was lucky enough to find this nursery when they were having a BOGO sale on items I was looking for. The plants arrived quickly and in excellent shape. I have ordered twice with the same results. I highly recommend this nursery.

Messaged team about dead paw paw tree sent photos, was asked to wait until later in the year. Was approved for replacement. When asked for replacement was sked to wait until the end of June because of probably late dormancy even though it was already approved. Sent new photos showing the plant was clearly dead and brown after scratch test. They keep telling me it is alive and almost 9 months since we have had it. How can you say approved, wait, and then go back on a previous approval. This is such bad customer service. All we want is our tree, we are not asking for a refund we are asking for a replacement for a dead tree that never grew since we had it.

First I didn’t get my order. I then contacted the company by email and that took two tries. I’ve finally received the order. It is nothing like advertised. It’s the smallest plant I’ve ever seen. It’s certainly not worth what I paid. I would tell anyone never to do business with this company👎🏽

Love your products but you are slow getting them sent out and delivered

The web site works very well and there is plenty of information about the plants you might be interested in having in your garden or landscape. This company offers excellent prices on their plants and they ship them in special boxes which are packed carefully. I have, and will continue using TN Nursery for years to come. Give them your business, you wont be disappointed.

TWN sent me five trillium roots when I only ordered one. That was very generous and will help fill things out nicely. Thanks TWN.

Poor plant quality.

My shipment of 100 perennials and ferns came with nothing more then a scrawl on each bag of roots - up to you to figure out “lady” was lady fern, etc. so be prepared to look them up and figure out how/where to plant etc online

It was easy the plant came when they said it would.

I've recieved a total of 2 orders from them. Everything is thriving.. beautifully. Last year I ordered trumpet Vine. It's taking off like crazy!!! Just received 5 cardinal plants, they have shoots on them! Just keep in mind it takes awhile to recieve your order.

Never Received the product...Still waiting!!!

They shipped me a bag of dried up dead roots. And they were not cheap. Refuses to do anything about it. They try to say the daisies are dormant...IN JUNE???! That's a pant load! This place needs to be investigated.

Another very unhappy customer here. I spent quite a lot for ostrich fern, planted them according to directions and they never even broke ground. Attempts to reach them have been ignored. I wish I had read their reviews. BUYER BEWARE

I placed 2 orders with this company. The first order was missing several items. When I notified the company, they stated that you must notify them within 24 hours of a problem with your order. I ordered 4 trees and only received 2 and they will not make it right. On top of that, the two trees that I did receive are showing no signs of life after 2 weeks in the ground. I placed a 2nd order (after the first order but before actually receiving it so I didn't realize what a terrible company this is). I received all items in the order but only 1 of 18 bare root trees has developed any leaves after about 10 days in ground. Other trees ordered from other companies had leaves far sooner so I'm concerned that I really wasted my money and all the work it required to prepare the area for planting. We had to build 200 ft of fence to keep livestock out.
