Depending on what you order.. I've ordered plenty of moss.. some times the whole bag is dead / yellow, other times it's infested with ants.

I would give 2 negative stars if I could. They ripped me off over $200 by sending me dead plants and when I ask for a refund they said I can only get a store credit to buy more dead plants. wait a year so they can send more dead plants. That's sure helpful what fools. I will be filing reports with my credit card and BBB. Don't wast your money here

I haven't received my plants yet but I know they have been shipped. I am pleased I found this nursery. Looking forward for my plants

Flower roots arrived promptly. The website gives very accurate and detailed information about where/how the flowers will thrive best.

Got 2 plastic bags with labels of items. They were dried. Lesson learned. Thank you

I was shipped plants that were ordered by someone else - a fact acknowledged by TWN customer service. I never received the plants that I originally attempted to order. The situation has not been handled to my satisfaction. I will no longer be a customer of Tennessee Wholesale Nursery.

It would be nice if there was information about the plant like most plants. You get a zone, how much sun or shade, how deep and far apart they should be planted, in damp or great drainage. You know, basic care instructions

I bought a terrarium kit. The picture and description were much different than the paltry kit I received. All I received was what time is moss, a couple pieces of bark, a couple of very sad plants, and some nondescript rocks. It was very disappointing and expensive.

I doubt that anything I received will grow. Four of the bags were marked in illegible black writing. I had to guess what they were. I will not order from here again.

Plants appeared dead/decayed upon receipt. Several emails seeking information were not returned.

I ordered tall phlox and they were sent bare root. They arrived very quickly And looked fresh and healthy with some shoots of new growth showing. I had ordered 4 roots and there were actually 5 in the package, an extra smaller one. Pleasant surprise!

I just received my package. The plants are in wonderful condition and I was only expecting rhizomes. My 7 sum and substance hosta are lovely.

Packaging was very simple, but was sufficient for bare roots. Traveling ferns were alive and healthy. However the running cedar, while also alive, were not bare roots. They were just cuttings of the "vines". They were not rooted, as advertised. Hoping I can get them take root. A huge unexpected step in planting them

I ordered 2 different types of moss, the mood moss was green and for the most part alive and usable. The carpet moss I ordered, was full of waste, brown, crumbly, and dead. I highly doubt it will transplant properly. Very disappointing.

My package just arrived today within 2 days of of ordering. The plants are Beautiful!!! They are magnificent shape and will look stunning in my pond. Thank you for helping me place my order over the phone.
