TWN offers a broad array of plants from mosses to trees at reasonable prices. There is just about everything you need for landscaping anything from a small yard to a woodland. Many eastern U.S. natives are offered if you're trying to recreate a native habitat. Highly recommended.

I ordered 10 trees while they were 1/2 off. I am glad to have done so. The customer service was great also when I called to see how they would deliver the order.

My experience started out very badly and I gave a score of two. But the company very quickly corrected the mistake and sent me my order in record time. So now I have to give them at least a five.

I purchased 9 Liatris "live plants" from this company and they sent old, dormant bulbs in a bag of dirt!! How can they claim to send live plants when that's not what you get?? I asked for my money back and they refused. I decided to plant them anyway and NONE of them grew! Not ONE. I asked for my money back again - under warranty this time - and they still refused! This company is very deceitful and does not honor their own warranty. Buyer beware! I will never order anything from them again.

Never received an order confirmation, several emails not answered, eventually recieved "25 plants" of sedge in a baggie,80 dollars!!! I ordered the same product from another supplier and one plant( 6 bucks) was the same size as the 25 plants Tennessee wholesale nursery sent. To call them'Pips" would be an exaggeration, and for 3 bucks I would actually expect a plant.

After 3 unanswered voice messages, 3 unanswered messages on their URL message board, and 1 unanswered email message, I cancelled the order. They shipped it anyway.

when I placed my order I knew exactly the size of the tree and the way it would be shipped. The price was very good and shipping was free

I ordered some dandelions from them and they came quick! A lot sooner than I expected! Roots looked amazing and after planting them, not even after a day we started seeing healthy leaves! Also, I ordered 3 and to my surprise 4 came in the package ! Very pleased with my order and will be coming back when/and if I need more! Thank you for the wonderful experience:)

They only ship hydrangeas and shrubs in November—no matter when you order—which I found to be very odd. Nobody else online seems to do that. When my hydrangea finally arrived, it was only about five inches tall with seven or so browning leaves. It was not shipped in a pot with potting soil. Instead it looks like a discarded, wilted weed with a little bit of silt in a baggie. Very disappointed. I am not able to post a photo.

My first order-a great customer experience. Three identical little dogwoods. The right height and perfectly straight. Shipped on time just as promised. Better product than you get at chain home supply stores.

The trees I received this time are smaller that they should have been and I think they are dead. I have ordered before and everything was ok other than being shorted two to three. I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

I never leave reviews and have never contacted the BBB - until I dealt with TN Nursery. Please trust the negative reviews and their F rating on BBB. This is the most dishonest and unethical company I've had the displeasure to deal with. I ordered 2 trees during a sale in April, ‘22. They arrived quickly, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this company. My 1st clue that they are unethical is when I opened the box and the trees were dead…not dormant, dead. There were broken pieces in the box and the top of one tree was snapped off. Hoping for the best, I followed the directions for reviving the trees and planted them the following day. Fast-forward 2 weeks, and there were no signs of life, so I contacted the company and, per their warranty, sent them pictures. My 2nd clue should’ve been in the response I received. “Following verification, we will ship the replacement plants to you. We will be able to deliver them by November 2022.” They should've been able to ship them to me immediately, but I thought they were an honest company and agreed that receiving them by Nov. would be fine. Out-of-the-blue, in August, and past the date I could dispute the charge on my credit card, I got an email stating that they’d issued an in-store credit to me. I asked why I got a credit instead of replacement trees. They responded: “The Management decided to issue you a store credit equivalent to the value of your purchase so that we can swiftly address your issues with the plants that you purchased. The credit do not have an expiration date so that you can use it in buying your preferred plants anytime. Hoping for your understanding on this matter.” They could’ve ‘swiftly addressed my issues’ by sending me the replacement trees like they said they would. I responded that I did NOT understand because I was told that the trees would be replaced with no further action on my end. Furthermore, the credit didn’t cover shipping, and it wouldn’t even cover the cost of one tree of the same size that I’d originally ordered. Asking how that honored the warranty, I got this response: “Please understand that the warranty does not include the shipping fee that is why it is not included in the store credit. Hoping for your understanding on this matter.” At this point, I contacted the BBB. TNNurs never bothered to respond. They must get so many at this point that they probably go straight to their trash. I specifically remembered the warranty stating that they would replace the trees for free if there was anything wrong. It was the reason why I decided to take a chance on ordering from TNNurs in the first place. So I decided to look into what the warranty said. Lo and behold, it had been changed! At the time of my purchase, the warranty on trees stated: “We guarantee you great plants. . . If they do not produce leaves two weeks after your other plants have greened out, call us. **We will replace them at no cost to you.** We do ask for pictures as proof they are dead and if it's in the dormant season also a scratch test.” I responded with a screenshot of the warranty and asked, “Are you saying that you will no longer honor the warranty that was valid at the time of purchase and to which you agreed on May 16th, 2022 guaranteed a replacement of the plants I ordered?” Suddenly, their tune changed. I got: “Just a quick update. Our operations unit said that to avoid confusion, we will ship your replacement plants this fall. Kindly disregard the store credit issued.” There was NO confusion. I was told the trees would be replaced, and then TNNurs wasted my time trying to BS their way out of honoring their own warranty. I’ve just received and planted the replacement trees, and though they look better than the originals, I won’t count on them living and won’t spend any more time arguing over a $40 purchase. I’ll just count myself lucky that I didn’t waste more and hope that my review will save someone else time, money, and the headaches that come with fighting with a dishonest operation. *Hoping for your understanding on this negative review.* Update to respond to TN Nursery: The whole point was that TN Nursery tried to change the terms of the warranty AFTER purchase and AFTER having already agreed that the plants should be replaced per the warranty in effect at the time of purchase. Customers should not have to go through weeks-long communications just to get the company to honor the agreement that was already made. It is dishonest and unethical.
