We are having a problem with the fulfillment of the order. We are missing the following orders: 20 Japanese-painted ferns, 50 Christmas ferns, 10 Siberian iris,1 viburnum dentatum(comes dead ), and 1 red crepe myrtle( comes dead as well). ROYAL FERNS We did plant and watered properly and immediately and nothing is coming out. I need to know if you are sending the missing plants otherwise I need a refund.

At their site the plants were green and growing. They pulled them from the growing medium, packed them bare root in wet paper in a plastic bag, and shipped them via UPS in the summer heat. When I got them four days later they were wilted and dying. I notified them and sent pics, but they insisted the plants were just "dormant" and would come back. Give them a year, they said. I planted and watered them but the plants are dead now.

This will be my go to for the variety of plants, affordable prices and quick shipping. Precise planting instructions in box with plants is also a plus. Plants arrive healthy and strong and ready to plant. Thanks for being there for a “very Picky gardener”❣️

Took forever to receive my order, then items were not what I expected. I have pictures of half dead plants but I was told it was difficult to return live plants. I explained they would be returned in the same shape as received, ( half dead ). No reply !! I’d like a refund but that didn’t happen either.

Placed an order for this company Took 21 days to receive my order They were supposed to be blooming size phlox when I receive them, they were approximately 2 inches tall thrown in a brown bag on top of each other. Caution do not buy from these people they will totally rip you off. I paid $40 for 10 they were So small you could not hardly plant them will never order from this company again Total rip off

You sent me propagated trim cuttings from triming and shaping your in ground american holly and American arborvitae stock. The American holly has black spots on the leaves and defoliation has begun. I have blacken stem from day one. So basically I have infected propagated trims from infected stock. I should have sent it back. The entire 85 trees ordered arrived in a 4"x4"x 32" box. The one thing that I think might survive is the carolina all spice bushes. The Japanese maples, the arborvitae and the holly are just wishful thinking. I've had the plants for a whopping 4 days and the blacken stems and defoliation is severe. $482.00 down the drain. Don't waste your $$. They're just trim cuttings propagated from diseased stock.

Healthy plants packaged very well.

I was expecting a "bare root" plant. The Squirrel Corn was, what looked like to me, a seed. Thus I felt I paid $5 per seed! The description of the order I placed said "bare root" - evidently I was unaware of what a bare root Squirrel Corn looked like. I will plant these "seeds" and hope for the best next year. Again, I was disappointed, disillusioned and quite unsatisfied with my order. Again, I shall see what appears next spring.....

trees looked pretty good but the creepers looked like they were on their last legs. Not sure if they will make it. Lets hope !!!!

This company misrepresented their product. I ordered “no mow” grass. On their website it is advertised as “plants” and photos are shown as clumps of grass. I bought 50 “plants”for $171.00. What arrived in the mail was what looked like one “plant”. When I called to inquire I was told that what I received was correct. So essentially it was about one blade of grass that constituted a “plant”. I told the person on the phone that this would not work for me because I was trying to cover a small hill and needed larger plugs to get the grass growing sooner. I told the person on the phone I wanted to return the product and get my money back snd she said it was not possible. I asked to speak with the manager and she put me on hold. After a while I was disconnected. When I tried to call back I discovered my number was blocked! What kind of company does that? They were misleading in their sale and representation of their product and won’t admit their website is misleading. Do not buy from this nursery.

My plants came when expected and appeared to be very healthy.
