There was concern from retailer that I had not ordered what I needed ...experience of returns perhaps...(I wanted just the tap fittings without the valve). Strange emphasis on checking the content within a few days felt like they were expecting something to be missing. Fittings were stupidly expensive but price was good compared with others and the main thing going for them is they are not Amazon.

I found Taps Empire to be a very reliable company to deal with. Their prices are very competitive. I was particularly impressed with the speed of free delivery and the excellent protection provided by the packaging.

Very quick and efficient service, I haven't fitted tap yet as my kitchen hasn't arrived but the communication on when the tap was being delivered, the cost, packaging was all spot on. We have checked within the box and all seems OK with tap cant wait for it to be fitted as looks great 👍

Appalling customer service. Ordered a sink and a tap, both no mention that they were out of stock. Next day received an email saying there was a 4 week wait for the sink, no issue, I wasn't in a rush. 5 weeks later I had to chase them up to be told another 3 weeks! (Thanks for keeping me updated). I asked them to cancel the sink and just send me the tap. They refund the whole order. I go back on their website to look at the tap to find thus is now out of stock! Fuming!

I ordered two taps during Easter weekend and received them on Wednesday, so I am really impressed with the speed. On that basis, I placed a second order last night. Just wish I could order everything I need from you!

There is a great range of product when I first looked at the website. In particular, I was able to find the exact model replacement toilet seat. The first delivery, which was very quick, unfortunately had a broken corner. Customer Service were very prompt to sort out and I had a new one delivered the following day. Thank you and would definitely recommend.
