Avoid at all cost. I ordered some toilet seats in October for nearly £200, advertised as 'in stock' and '2 day delivery'. After consistently chasing by phone and email, including some conversations where I actually had to remind them that my order existed, they finally arrived mid-December. They were not the right shape for the toilet they were advertised for, but the company refused to collect and wanted me to pay return postage. After threatening Trading Standards they changed their tune and agreed to collect them. That was a month ago, but I have still not received a refund.

On time delivery according to notification. Very reasonable price. Will come back to shop again. No hesitation to recommend.

After asking to choose a delivery date, I was told this was not a problem and to email my request. Unfortunately I was ignored, and the bath was delivered within two days. It was dumped on the front drive. My plumber came two and a half weeks later to find the whirlpool bath, which had been stored in the corner of the sitting room, damaged with scratches. When I rang and emailed to explain the situation I was advised that neither they nor Frontline, the manufactures, were not going to do anything. I saved for a long time for my bath, as I need it for health reasons. I’m disgusted with Taps Empire and Frontline. They delivered a damaged item and are taking no responsibility.

Just wanted to say a big thank you as I was let down by another Company. Was easy to order on line and delivery was exceptional. Received correspondence through the whole process and the Delivery Driver text me with delivery slot. I wish all Companies could operate like yourselves. I can now get my bathroom finished for Christmas.

I ordered a toilet seat with brackets to replace my existing seat. The seat appeared to fit so I opened the cellophane to get to the fitting instructions. I did not remove the seat from the cellophane. However it soon became apparent that the seat was not a suitable replacement. I returned it at my own expense after consulting Taps Empire minus the hinges which I found were suitable for my old seat and suggested that they deduct the cost of those. They refused my refund and suggested I collect it from them even though I live in Cornwall. Please avoid this company at all cost. They promise so much but the after sales customer service is appalling.

A very efficient service. Order process, delivery and product quality were without a hitch. I would recommend the service. Indeed, I am already about to put in another order.

Shower not unwrapped yet but the speed of response and quality of communication was second to none. Very fast standard delivery... and this was during busy Black Friday period!

Shocking customer services, We ordered a new shower, Had to wait for a plumber to come out to fit it during COVID, the shower was the wrong one so i emailed to send it back to be told cant return anything after 14 days. We had it for 18 days. With a global pandemic and having to wait extra time for people to come out this is unbelievably bad service.
