I am happy with service, but it takes longer times to proceed return service.

The item we ordered was dispatched by DPD, a wholly ineffective parcel courier. Needless to say we didn't get our item within the promised time frame (they went to the wrong property twice) and then returned the item to TapsEmpire. Despite repeated requests to TapsEmpire to reissue we had to wait until the item was returned to them and re-dispatched, due to no other stock available. I asked if this could be by next day courier as we had workmen booked but was told not possible. Saturday comes - workmen are here but critical item needed for job is now sat at our local Parcelforce depot; we cannot even collect it (ParcelForce's policy) and thus have to wait until Monday for them to deliver it to us. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of care or consideration for the impact on the customer. They could have rectified this by sending for next-delivery as I asked but clearly elected the cheaper option causing us massive inconvenience and expense. Very poor customer service indeed.

Vast range of products and good website to find the Vado deck mounted tap. Good telephone service to clarify some details. Ordered online and kept well informed at all stages in the delivery process. Tap received within two days of ordering.

Ordered from Taps Empire on two separate occasions and in both cases the goods had minor faults/damage, however they arranged replacements immediately with no question. In my experience they appear to act as a distributor for a number of different wholesalers as they did not stock or supply the goods directly. This did cause some delay in communication and obtaining my replacement goods, as there was a third-party involved, but they handled it well enough. Pricing is very competitive and despite some delay in receiving the replacement items I would recommend them.

I had problems with a delivery and their customer services would not believe me that my product was not delivered on the day arranged. The delivery company lied and came up with a fake proof of delivery. I did not receive an apology at any point for the delay - the product was delivered 4 days after it was supposed to be, not the following day. I would definitely not recommend this company as they are not customer focussed at all. Avoid completely and go somewhere else!
