I got good customer advice and help and am confident I bought the right tap for my needs, after opening days looking. The company knows about its stock unlike some I spoke to who only had the specifications on their website but didn't have much idea beyond that. The prices are good, including delivery, and delivery was in 2 working days. They have a very good range of taps and a website that's easy to use and filter. Highly recommend this company

Fantastic. I used Taps Empire having been let down badly by Plumb Centre and due their incompetence have been without any bath or showering facilities for over a week. I placed the order for a bath with legs and grips on Friday the 15th of September expecting the delivery to take a week as it was free. I received telephone call that afternoon informing me the bath would be with me on Tuesday 19th of September which it did very first thing in the morning, fantastic. Not only was the bath cheaper, it had a far greater warranty of 25 years compared to the 1 year from the other shower mentioned above. The driver was faultless as was the (plumb centre driver to be honest), who put the bath in the front hall for us without even being asked too. If ever you need anything that the Taps Empire stocks, do not hesitate to use them, first class service all round.

Ordered a very expensive set of taps from this website. When my plumber tried to fit them discovered they were not compatible. Spoke to the company and asked if they could be swapped and was told as the 14 days was up there was nothing they could do. They would not even offer a single pound of discount against the other very expensive replacement I required. Technically they were within the letter of their Ts and Cs but great customer service is looking beyond these in some cases and doing right by the customer. They had made enough money on the first set, they didn't need to make yet more money on the second. Customer service is clearly a foreign concept to these people.

Ordered 2 flush plates. Not as described. Tried to return but due to us being away for 2 weeks we are unable to do so for a refund OR a credit!!!! Crazy!! Don't buy from taps empire, they clearly do not need your business!

I switched my bathroom orders to Taps Empire having been let down by other suppliers who advertised 3-4day delivery that changed to 4 weeks once the order was taken! TE are very clear about what they do / do not have and have really helped me by suggesting products and expediting delivery to enable my project to stay on track. Customer service has been excellent, very clear communication and willing to change products/orders quickly & efficiently. Delivery was within 2-3 business days and the product quality is good. Prices are super competitive as well Highly recommend

Do not use this company. No end of problems. False advertising on availability , had to wait weeks for sinks. Damaged sink that they would not replace . Avoid at all costs , apparently taps empire has closed and been renamed. Say no more!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a shower from Taps Empire and did not check it when arrived. A week or so later the installers opened the box and installed it. Not until a day or so later after installation, I realised the smaller hand shower had not been installed on the main shower. I called the installers and they said they put up all that was in the box. I rang Taps Empire and explained to them what had happened. They got in touch with the supplier who are sending out the parts that were missing. Within 48 hrs Taps Empire has sorted out the problem and I received an email confirming The missing parts are to be sent to me. I must say this is a fantastic company, great prices and great products. The Customer Service, I found were polite, understanding and truly remarkable..... I thoroughly recommend this company, i am so glad i found them. Well Done Taps Empire....

My experience with Taps Empire was indeed, very similar to the last review. In short - don't use them. I purchased a shower valve from Taps Empire. My bathroom fitter fitted it and discovered that it was faulty. I advised T.E immediately and returned the item. Taps Empire were slow in communicating and stalled issuing a refund, citing irrelevant external issues. Fortunately, I also reported the incident to the credit card company, who on examining the evidence, refunded my money including postage. No thanks to Taps Empire. All in all - a poor experience and a company that I would avoid.

Despite buying a tap from them and it being faulty, they have tried to palm me off on the manufacturer going against the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Rights Act. Even when there is a 10 year guarantee on the item. Shoddy customer service.
