Taps empire ,placed order for ideal Standard Rain shower,price was very competitive ,Taps empire had in stock .placed order ,communication was tops, item arrived 2 days later ,exactly on time of day they said ,Driver was so good and well manored and helpful Top marks to Ideal Bathrooms . Will highly recommend TapsEmpire ,to my associates , plumbing Merchants have a lot to contend with. Service and good prices .thanks Taps Empire

Good service and prompt delivery. Having read some reviews I was apprehensive but wanted a particular tap. Ordered on a Friday and delivered Tuesday morning. Can’t rate the tap as I have not fitted it yet.

Having ordered £460 worth of ideal standard taps, only 8 weeks ago, I was pleased with the products & customer service. However, my renovation was delayed (not unusual in the current climate) the work has now started and there are changes to the configuration meaning the taps are not usable… I have requested a refund on the boxed, untouched taps, so that I can reorder a new set (from taps empire) this has been refused, as it is outside their 14 day refund period! I have no use for the taps and can’t afford to spend out again without a refund. I don’t feel I am being unreasonable requesting a refund given the circumstances and the fact that I am still purchasing alternative taps from taps empire. The taps I purchased are still on the website, so they’ve not been discontinued and can be resold. I’ve even offered to return the taps in person. I have sent several emails, but had no acknowledgment or reply. The company literally wash their hands of you. Keep an eye on time scales when ordering from taps empire. As if, like me you order too soon, encounter delays to work and through no fault of your own need to change the taps past 14 days, you’ll be refused a refund and ignored. I just feel that on this occasion and given the circumstances taps empire are sadly being extremely unfair.

Dreadful company, do not use they sell second hand equipment, which when returned they refuse to give you a refund. AVOID its a Scam company from Rainham. They steal your money then give sarcastic replies. Their customers service is just terrible. If they were a legitimate company they would either give a full refund or return exchanged items. Not keep returned items and money that's straight theft. I think your'll realise that I returned the damaged items the next day after I had received them because they were damaged on arrival. You then said Parcelforce had damaged them. Parcelforce said the packaging they arrived and were returned in was totally insufficient, the packaging you provided, hence the damage cause when the items were sent to my home not by the return journey. I believe you send second hand items in poor packaging so you can falsely claim "damaged in transport" to cover the fact these are seconds. Thats the scam you're running! happy for you to email me and send a refund to close the matter. In the meantime I want to make sure other customers are aware of your scams! Quoting out of context is not a justified way to have a debate and telling a customer they are wrong repeatedly does not help a situation. Your company is just dreadful, I mean just read our interaction and the me that's a professional way to run a business?

Please please avoid this company like the plague! I bought a kitchen sink for our extension that was being built. The sink arrived (when the kitchen was supposed to) however the kitchen was delayed, so the sink sat safely stored in its box for 3 weeks. Once opened the sink was found to have multiple cracks and I honestly suspect it was sent this way knowing not everyone checks items within the ridiculous two day timeframe. That way they can use their trump card which I see is a recurring theme! outside the two day inspection timeframe so therefore no replacement item sent. In fact they took great pleasure in telling me this over the phone. So as I say if you want to buy an item that turns up broken and have Next to no comeback or give or take then these guys are the ones for you. AVOID

I was dealing with Tim and he was absolutely fantastic and nothing was ever any trouble for him and helped me with ordering process and after sales queries.I would highly recommend them and their prices are also very competitive. Absolutely despicable company who prevented me from getting a refund on one item by refusing to provide details of their supplier. The item in question is over £250 and will now go to waste which isn't environmentally friendly. Having spent thousands on items from 5 different suppliers for 3 bathrooms, Taps Empire was the only supplier who not only refused to accept a refund but prevented us from getting a refund from the manufacturer too. Also, the only suppliers that hid behind a spurious e-mail address. I will never use this company again and advise anybody to avoid them at all costs as their after sales customer service is appalling. IN RESPONSE TO TIM'S COMMENT BELOW: You told me about "getting authorisation from Ideal Standard" in your last e-mail to me. The e-mail prior to that you told me "We have spoken to our suppliers who have confirmed that if Ideal Standard are able to accept the return of the items delivered over 9 months ago, you would need to deal with them directly regarding the same". So, they've already agreed to refund me but your company, Taps Empire, are preventing that due to data protection! It took me several e-mails to get to this point with you whereas the other suppliers just agreed a refund right away because they understood the impact that the pandemic has had on people. You just keep going on about the time it's taken for me to request a return, completely ignoring the FACT that the pandemic has meant bathrooms have just sat waiting to be installed. I explained this in the e-mail I originally sent to all suppliers including Taps Empire. We spent over £5k on Ideal Standard bathroom items, just under £3k of that was with Taps Empire. We’re asking to return a sink unit worth £250. Bearing in mind the huge profits the KBB industry have seen during the pandemic, it’s appalling that you couldn’t see fit to accept this one item back especially when Ideal Standard have agreed to refund it. You can keep making excuses but it’s just coming off as unreasonable greed and showing customers just what type of a company they are dealing with. It would have cost you £0 to allow me to return the item as Ideal Standard have agreed to refund you/your supplier. How much will it cost Taps Empire more in lost custom? With regards my comment about spurious e-mail address. I could not find any other way to contact you other than by e-mail. The e-mail address used by Taps Empire was your sales@ one and they were all signed off "Customer Service Team" i.e. no names given. Whereas the other companies used their actual names to sign of e-mail sent from personal e-mail addresses.

Very happy indeed - ordered at lunchtime and tap arrived next day. Wasn't sure if there was a part missing so called and spoke to a very helpful adviser who suggested the part might be inside the tap head, which it was. The adviser also told me what to do if it wasn't. Will definitely use TapsEmpire again, thanks!

I ordered a RAK back to wall toilet one day and it arrived the next! Spoke to a lovely lady called Sara who confirmed this and gave me further helpful delivery information. Delivery free and the cheapest price on the internet. Very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them.

Although I was a little reluctant to use Taps Empire, I'm really happy I did. The cost of their products is great in comparison to some of the other companies out there. Their customer service was professional, and the delivery of my lovely new tap was super quick. Will definitely be using them again!
