We ordered a Grohe tap, concealed unit, Bristan waste & bottle trap.Ordering was quick & easy. I'd assumed all items being sent direct from Tap Empire but actually they sourced from suppliers.The order was split in two, email updates within 24hrs on status of each; both being dispatched.The Bristan pieces arrived by DPD (great service, you get text on day with an hour delivery window) Grohe pieces were to arrive next by UPS; but only 1 item arrived (concealed unit). From the packaging it was not clear if both dispatched or not.I contacted Tap Empire by email on a Saturday (struggled to find a tel number) & by COB next working day they'd investigated & responded..the supplier hadn't despatched actual tap.This was arranged.They used DPD this time.There was a day's delay in transit but item arrived easily in a 1hour delivery slot as previous had.Tap in perfect condition.looks great - yet to be fitted. Even considring the issue & delays I'd say good customer service from Tap Empire as they responded well & sorted the problem.
