I would never buy from this supplier again. Goods arrived promptly and OK but family illness and resulting availability of plumber meant item not installed as originally planned. It was then discovered that the item was unsuitable for our location but as we were outside the 14 day returns period, they totally refused to accept any Return goods, despite our explaining valid reason why the install was delayed. Very poor Customer Relations

Helpful on the phone, quick delivery I called to confirm stock on a shower tray + waste, (having been misled about availability by another supplier), the person I spoke to was quick and confirmed the parts were in stock and would be delivered within a week, probably sooner. 2 days later, they turned up!
