Converting a building and have completed second fix myself. With so many items to buy some issues have arisen but have been sorted with suppliers. Taps Empire have given the worst customer service I have experienced and have refused to replace a damaged pan which has a large crack and a smashed edge. Please be extra vigilant upon delivery and report damage ASAP better still order from elsewhere.
Would have been 5 stars but the illustration of the sink was misleading. It showed the waste and nowhere did it mention it was not included.

Really disappointing experience with Taps Empire. They sold us a cracked shower tray which had obviously been repaired in the factory before being sold to us as ‘new’ and were really unhelpful in assisting us with the problem, offering us no money back.
