Good customer service but what's the point of ordering from them if you can't get the items you need after 3 months. Meanwhile, we managed to source the items from other more reliable suppliers. Ordered a Rocca Debba family unit (it is completely unboxed) which unfortunately won't fit in the finished bathroom - BUT because it was after the 14 days return period they flatly refused to help out and process any return or restocking at all .... no flexibility ....Avoid

Ordered a RAK cistern online, when my DH smashed our existing one thanks to a botched DIY project! Surprisingly, got a call from someone at Taps Empire to confirm that it was just cistern on its own I was after, and not the complete toilet. Very nice little professional touch indeed. I proudly confirmed that (in this instance), I knew what I was expecting, and received the cistern next day :-)

I DO NOT Recommend this company, don’t waste your money. Awful customer service, I purchased a Grohe shower set from them. Upon delivery we realised a piece was missing and informed them in less that 24 hrs, they didn’t provide it and told me that they contacted Grohe and are waiting and left us with two children without a shower. Three weeks later there is still no sign of the item, our fully qualified plumber then decided to installed the shower set and that’s when we realised the set leaks and is FAULTY. Our plumber called Grohe customer service and the fault was confirmed by them, Taps direct refuses to give me a refund and even called my university lecturer plumber a liar. They now want me to contact Grohe support team to come around and repair the NEW SHWER SET instead of providing me with refund.

Ordered taps from Taps Empire again after having to cancel from a failed delivery from QS Supplies - really quick delivery, packaged as appropriate. Product was bought at a decent price.
