Great online service My purchase arrived within a few days. Had purchased a wrong item previously, returned it and was refunded with no hassle.

I've used Taps Empire several times and found them to have quality taps at reasonable prices and excellent delivery, usually within 2 days.

Good price, really fast delivery!

Correct items dispatched promptly and quickly. My husband checked on arrival to ensure all present. Be aware that if an item is damaged or faulty and not reported within 2 days of receipt this company will not replace or refund. This is what happened to us after spending over £600 with them. We had a delay with our bathroom installation and so it was 6 weeks later that we discovered a small indentation on the lip of our shower rose when we removed it fully from the box. Taps Empire cited their terms and conditions and would not replace. Disappointed.

Very pleased with the contact with Taps Empire themselves, who are very helpful, but am very displeased with the UPS delivery service which they use. UPS are impossible to contact and do not communicate, and after several abortive tries my 71-yr-old husband had to cycle 10 miles to collect the tap himself. I would recommend Taps Empire but would not agree to any further orders being delivered by UPS.

Very easy website for searching, navigation and purchase. Item arrived promptly and good value including postage.

Very friendly customer service. No problems getting our order in. Had one minor breakage in transit however on contacting them, they had a replacement item on the way within a few hours. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Prompt delivery. Package good and secure. Products: Grohe products are always good even if pricey. If you want quality then you have to pay the price.

Excellent price and service - I received an email to inform me that unfortunately the taps I originally ordered were not in stock so I called and asked to change the order for some different taps. The chap I spoke to was very helpful and checked that the new taps were in stock, which they were and I received them the next day.
