It arrived in a nice, sturdy wooden box. The shower set itself is bigger than I expected, and arrived with no damage at all. And the price was really good, especially for the size. Haven't got it installed yet, so can't say how it performs in action, but delivery was free, and the delivery guy even brought it right into my garage, which was super helpful!

I bought a water hose from Sweethome and it arrived with scratches, probably from shipping. They sent me a replacement right away, no hassle at all. Their customer service was excellent.

This company is such a fraud! Be aware before parting from your hard earned cash! Website looks very good and they show their products well but the consumer service and warranty is non existent. If you want to buy they talk to you, if you bring problems they ghost you. It’s a distributor in CA shipping in Chinese goods. The contact doesn’t give a phone number or a name and only helps if it’s sales. Do not trust this company! My shower failed in 3yrs and they don’t care!!

The product was better than expected and high quality. I'm super happy with my purchase! The delivery was a bit off—they said Thursday afternoon but came in the morning. I didn't get a chance to check it, but luckily everything was perfect. I'd buy it again if I needed to!

I purchased the Three Ways Kitchen Faucets Pull Out Filter Tap for Kitchen Sink in 2022. It worked very well until about a month ago when it began leaking water. I paid a plumber to inspect the leak who informed me that the leak was coming from the internals of the product and the entire faucet would need to be replaced. He informed me that it should be under warranty. This product advertises a limited lifetime warranty (residential). I have been trying to get in touch with the company over the past month. I have tried via several phone calls and emails. No one ever answers the phone when I call and there is no way to leave a voicemail. I have sent several emails to all email addresses provided on the website and have received no response. This company does not honor their warranties.

Gosh, I ordered a couple of what seemed like trivial shower sets to install (super big and super heavy) and within a few days (maybe a week) they magically appeared on my doorstep. Great job. I think I'll keep shopping at your site to see if there are any other bathroom products I can't live without.

I talk to Eric about the faucet fading and stop worrying he pretending that he didn't get my order and paid with PayPal and send the information never respond back and it says warranty. I have many emails and texts and phone calling i did and now they want respond back only respond few times. Please stop this fraudulent company

This company is a rip off, shop elsewhere I paid $323.98 for my order and I refunded the items in a timely manner after finding out they were too big for my sink and my refund amount was $215.98 so they charged me $108 to return the item that was shipped free and I had to pay for the shipping via ups, so why did they rob me of $108?

I purchased all of my bathroom products from sweethome, including faucets and shower sets, and was very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. The phone service staff was knowledgeable and courteous, the merchandise was received promptly, and the return policy was excellent.
